New Self Portrait!

So I've been trying to keep as busy as possible this summer.

Even though I'm not getting enough hours at work and there's

not too many poppin' summer barbeques and such, at least

I've had plenty of time to work on my acrylic skills.

Also to read the entire twilight series.

When I first got my Macbook, I was FASCINATED by the Photo Booth

application. I played on it for hours, as pathetic as that sounds.

Anyway, for another pastel study, I decided to draw myself

in four different ways on the same piece of paper.

Sort of an Andy Warhol-like piece.

My favorite is the black white and pink one, but I suspect

this is only because of my insane love for anything pink.

I had to work on the face on the bottom ALOT.

What I had done is class was way too rushed.

I think it came out pretty good in the end.

The top was a sketch for my sir lance a lot picture, which you can find

by scrolling down people!

These are faces from my first semester.

I worked them over a little to try to make them a little less scary.

But they still didn't turn out as natural as I'd like.

I will be working with pastels more this summer.
